Pure In-Home Pet Sitting is a matchmaking service for pet owners and pet sitters. We help match pet owners with pre-screened and vetted pet sitters.
We know that not just any pet sitter is a great match for your pet’s needs. That is why we first learn all the “ins and outs” about your pet’s normal routine, care needs and personality traits to then filter through pet sitters in our network to help match you with the best possible pet sitter.
While the company is not directly providing pet sitting care, we act as a support service before, during and after your pet sit to ensure you are happy with your experience and your matched pet sitter. -
Our service is helping match your pet’s care needs and dates with an approved sitter in our network that is available and interested in meeting with you and your pets.
The standard service provided by private pet sitters in our network includes day and night pet care in your home, where your dog or pets are most comfortable and happy. Great when you are traveling and want peace of mind for your dog and home.House sitting care such as watering plants, taking care of mail, trash, recycling, and yard poop cleanup included as needed.
If you have other specific needs such as running errands, or other house care request, please let us know so we can help.
The secondary service offered by most sitters in our network is a drop-in visit care when more minimal care is all you need.
This service includes up to two drop-in visits per day, roughly 45 minutes per visit. This care is great when you don’t need overnight pet care or house sitting support and you feel your pets don’t need more than the bare minimum care. This can be a great option for cats, reptiles, birds or other pets that are comfortable being alone the majority of the day. -
At Pure In-Home Pet Sitting, we focus on providing a more personalized approach to pet sitting. The pet care you receive by sitters in our network is tailored to meet the specific needs of your pets and can be customized based on your preferences.
Pets are ultimately happier, more comfortable and feel more secure in their home environment. It can be hard to leave our pets when they are a part of the family, and easy for many pets to feel anxious when they know their “pet parents” are gone for multiple days or weeks.
That is why we specialize in having a dedicated sitter for your pets that stays with your pets in their familiar home environment, providing them the attention, care and love they are used to and deserve.

We understand how much you miss your “pet children” when you're away, which is why your matched sitter likes to share photos of their adventures with you! You will have direct access with your matched sitter so that communication is streamlined and convenient for daily contact as well.

You tell us how many walks you want for your pet! We want to keep your pets on as normal a routine as possible for them, and the pet care received isn’t limited to a set number of walks.

Yes! We are insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.
That is a key benefit of hiring a professional bonded pet sitting network and is a question you should always ask when looking for a new pet sitter or network.

We don’t charge by the hour. We charge by the dates of service as the standard in-home pet care provided by your matched sitter is not limited to specific hours of the day. We prioritize pet owners receiving exceptional care from their matched sitter. That means giving them attention, cuddles, potty breaks and any other care they need regardless of the time of day or night.

Rates are dependent on the level of pet care needed and the number of pets you have. Every dog or pet is unique and the level of care required to keep them happy and healthy can vary based on their health, age, routine and temperament.
We offer competitive rates and will provide you with an exact quote based on your specific pet care needs.

Pet owners will receive a free Meet and Greet for each time you meet a new sitter. The Meet and Greet helps ensure everyone is setup for success and allows both the pet owner and sitter to ensure they are comfortable moving forward with each other.
It’s a great way for your pets to get more familiar with your dedicated sitter ahead of time, and go over any details, additional instructions and house care needs.If you are a repeat client, scheduling for a new sit with the same sitter, we can still provide a complimentary Meet and Greet if needed to serve as a refresher.
You can also receive additional drop-in visits prior to your main pet sitting dates if you feel multiple meet ups prior to your trip are needed. Additional drop-in visits are charged based on the number of pets involved. -
Absolutely! Caring for puppies are coveted sits for many sitters in our network.
Many sitters in our network have years of experience caring for pets that may be elderly, have physical ailments, specific diet or medication schedules.
We like to hear about your pet’s needs, characteristics and personality traits, and any special requirements or restrictions to make sure we can match you with a top-quality sitter that can tailor their care to your unique dog or pet’s situation. -
In order to ensure sitters are comfortable and safe, it is against our policy to have sitters provide care for dogs that display aggressive or biting behavior towards people. Sitters reserve the right to cancel the sit if they are bitten by your dog or pet or if the sitter feels unsafe due to aggressive behavior shown by your dog or pet.

We try to be as flexible and understanding as possible for our clients and are happy to pro-rate your service based on the dates you actually received pet care. If you come home earlier than planned, we won’t charge you for those dates that you ended up not needing pet care.
If you are delayed getting home for any reason, we will do everything we can to help ensure your pets are cared for until you get home, and whenever possible, maintain your same sitter until you are able to get back.

We understand that plans can change, and we are happy to accommodate your needs whenever possible. However, we do have a cancellation policy and ask that at least one week’s notice is given in order to receive a full refund on your deposit, as we do turn away clients to hold your dates for you with your matched sitter.
